I have a Service Dog, that can be reactive when other dogs bark at her or she feels threatened.
I bought a Komfort Leash and a Kontroller Head Halter. The halter is strong and really well constructed, although I may have selected one just a bit bigger than I need, (they are all difficult to gauge when measuring your dog) but it works extremely well. Her reactivity is well handled by the equipment. The Komfort leash is also exceptionally well constructed and the 2 handle choices make moving through busy areas so much easier, as I can easily grab the short handle and still have her under control and beside me, not constantly scent checking as she does in more open areas. Couldn't be happier with the purchases.
