Shipping Policy

24K9 Pty Ltd ships our dog accessories domestically in Australia and internationally. All orders will be sent in a mailing box/satchel via Australia Post and please allow 1-2 business days for your items to be dispatched.

We ensure our items are securely packaged and posted. However, we do not take responsibility for the courier service and cannot guarantee that your package will arrive in the expected time frames. We do not take responsibility for third party damage or loss, so please choose your shipping destination carefully.

Please make sure all postal information is correct and up to date, as we take no responsibility for incorrect information as stated at the time of placing your order.

Please note that 24K9 Pty Ltd may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the products subject to your order. We will contact you immediately and address the reason. Should this occur you will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation. 

 

International Shipping

24K9 Pty Ltd is shipping internationally with a flat rate of $24.99. We ship these orders via Sendle. The delivery time to your destination will vary according to your location. Please understand, you may be required by your country of residence to pay import duties and taxes. Contact your local customs office for further information so that you are aware of the applicable duties and taxes before you place your order. We are not responsible for payment of such duties and taxes.

Delivery times for international orders will vary depending on the country, state and post code. Please use your tracking number as a reference to check the status of your delivery.
