I've had this halter for one week and it has made a HUGE difference. I put this halter on my 10mth, 42kg enthusiastic pup and he instantly stopped pulling. He is finally walking at an acceptable pace with me, and my arms, shoulders, hands and knees have begun to feel better. That on its own is a massive relief. No more sudden lunging and direction changes at things that take his fancy. He can still roam to the extent of the lead but he can't pull like draught horse ploughing the bottom 40 acres. He's fusses a bit trying to rub the halter off on grass, trees, my leg from time to time but he is always happy to put it on and doesn't fret about it. Solidly built halter and the only one I had seen with a padded nose strap which seems to make a big difference as I know of other dogs who don't have padded straps on their halters and they have more issues with the dogs trying to get out of them. All in all, highly recommend this halter for all dogs and relief from associated body aches and pains.

The lead coupled with the halter has been an absolute game changer . Buster is getting used to the halter and although he doesn’t like it , he cannot remove it and is getting used to it. I love that I have the option of long or short lead dependent on need. Good quality and heavy duty. Super happy dog and owner.

I have a 11month old Basenji called Obi, he has been a nightmare to walk, pulling, reacting to everything he sees especially other dogs, I have tried everything last being a non pulling harness none of which worked. I received the 24K9 Kontroller head halter a week ago but have been reluctant to try it, till today. I did put his harness on for extra control I have to say he did not like it at first and did try to remove it a few times at the start of our walk but he did accept it and our walk was a pleasurable one for the first time so recommend this head halter it’s amazing the difference it makes.

As a double masectomy lady I have lost upper body strength so when I started to use the whole system by day two my ever bouncy but lead pulling x Cara is now enjoying her walks again. Okay, so the head halter did not fit my dog. It was so big around the muzzle that unit blinded him. That was disappointing.
However, I can see that this is a beautifully made quality product at a very fair price.
I was also happy with the refund process which was seamless. I stated the problem, they approved a return very quickly. I returned the product. Was informed very quickly that they had received it and the refund was in my account within a couple of days.

After spending money on different halters, harnesses and collars, our lab was still absolutely horrific to walk which meant we just stopped. We came across a 24K9 add on social media and thought let's try one last time. We were quite reluctant but they offered 30 day money back guarantee so we thought "why not". I received the halter a week ago and we spent the week, every day, desensitising our lab to it with lots of praise and treats while he was wearing the halter. Today, we took him for his first walk outside of the home and WOW, it was a completely different dog. He tried doing his usual crazy pull a couple of time and then stopped and started walking next to us. This walk was the most enjoyable walk we have EVER had. Absolutely love this product. Our boy is 40 kg and very strong, has pulled me over 3 times, my left shoulder is still in recovery. Recently bought the 24K9 & walks have been amazing, I don't dread them anymore. Our boy was pulling bad before, no pulling at all anymore, I feel in control now! My mum is in a motorised scooter & took him for walk yesterday, walking nicely next to her scooter, no pull at all. He Absolutely hates it around his nose & tried to get it off but calmed down quickly & got used to it fast. Highly recommended

I purchased these products for my reactive dog who has suffered massive trauma (tetanus and hook worm issues - impacted puppy hood / early development and socialization massively). Before this - walks were dangerous for me and Buzz - he would pull and be difficult to manage - to the point I was often worried about dislocating shoulders/significant injuries. Since using 24K9 head harness, collar and lead walks have improved significantly. Buss is now safe and we enjoy this time together. the products opened us Buzz's world and keep both him and me safe during walks. Can not thank you enough for fantastic service, product and amazing follow up communication and guidance around ways to support Buzz as we work through reactivity and behavioral issues - exacerbated by tetanus in formative development time. This is truly the best harness I have tried. My boy had the kontrol harness which was also good but he still pulled now and then. We swapped to the kombat harness and our walks are so much better. Just got a second dog who we use the kontrol harness on and I can actually walk both dogs by myself now. Amazing products
